On an average day the Cowichan Sportsplex is host to 200 guests who come out rain or shine to use the facilities our site has to offer. Currently we have a track, fitness trail, sports field, 3 softball diamonds, an artifical turn area and a playground.

Our local visitors enjoy having a safe, well maintained place to come for walks, runs, team practices and games. Many people have come to rely on this facility as a part of their daily routine and enjoy the benefits it has to offer. Regular teams that use the Sportsplex include softball, lacrosse, soccer, field hockey and running clubs of all ages from all over the Cowichan Valley and Vancouver Island.

The Sportsplex is a benefit to everyone in the Cowichan Valley and that is why we look to our community for support.
